High-Protein Chocolate Caramel Slice

** A rich chocolate caramel slice that’s high in protein, supportive of blood sugar, and genuinely satisfying. Perfect when you want a treat that loves your hormones back.

Ingredients:

Makes 8–10 slices

Layer 1 – Nutty Base

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 scoop Vanilla FloFit Protein
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Layer 2 – Caramel Layer

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts


Layer 3 – Chocolate Top

  • 120 g dark chocolate (70–85%)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

METHOD:

  1. Line a small slice tin with baking paper.

  2. Mix all Layer 1 ingredients until combined. Press firmly into the base and refrigerate to set.

  3. Stir together all Layer 2 ingredients until smooth. Spread over the base and return to the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil, pour over the caramel layer, and smooth out.

Refrigerate until set, then slice and enjoy chilled.
