Match your PCOS supplements to your root cause: a blood sugar support supplement for Insulin-Resistant PCOS, an ashwagandha sleep supplement for Adrenal PCOS, a debloat supplement for Post-Pill PCOS and an omega-3 supplement for Inflammatory PCOS.

Insulin resistance is by far the most common root cause, and plenty of Cysters have it without carrying extra weight. GlucoEase helps support stable blood sugar and reduce sugar cravings. The ashwagandha in Calm + Sleep helps support healthy cortisol levels and restorative sleep. Detox + Debloat supports hormone clearance and helps reduce bloating while your body resets after the pill. DailyOmega+ is heavy-metal-tested fish oil that reduces inflammation naturally.

Every type also gets step one of my PCOS Repair Protocol, because lowering androgens brings quick relief from acne, thinning hair and unwanted hair while you work on your root cause. That means two cups of PCOS spearmint tea a day, a PCOS Repair Breakfast with 30 to 40 grams of protein (I designed my own PCOS protein powder for it), and an anti-androgen supplement for faster results.

Trying to conceive? Swap the anti-androgen supplement for our fertility inositol powder, which adds NAC and CoQ10 to support egg quality, and leave Calm + Sleep out. Pregnant or breastfeeding? Our prenatal and postpartum vitamin is made for you; leave out the tea, the anti-androgen supplement, GlucoEase, Calm + Sleep and Detox + Debloat.

Which vitamins should you take with PCOS? The ones I most often find low in Cysters. Vitamin D comes first: many women with PCOS are deficient, so ask for a blood test, and 2,000 to 4,000 IU a day keeps your levels normal if you don't get much sun. Check B12 if you're vegetarian or vegan or have taken Metformin, which depletes it. Magnesium glycinate at 300 to 400 mg a day reduces sugar cravings and supports regular ovulation. Take an iron supplement only after a full iron panel shows you're low, because I see too much iron in PCOS almost as often as too little, and excess iron worsens insulin resistance.

Is there an all-in-one PCOS supplement? No single formula covers every root cause, so the closest is our PCOS vitamin pack: AndroEase Plus, Cycle Regulate 40:1 and GlucoEase in one bundle, in one-, three- or six-month supplies. It includes AndroEase Plus, so leave it out if you're trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding.

How long do PCOS supplements take to work? Give any formula three months of daily use. Some women notice changes in the first few weeks, but hormones, skin and hair take two to three months to show what a supplement is doing. A subscription keeps you taking it every day, and you can skip or cancel anytime.
