Fudgy Grain-Free Brownies

These fudgy, grain-free brownies are a rich, satisfying treat made with nourishing fats, protein, and collagen to support stable blood sugar and hormone health. Designed with PCOS in mind, they’re the kind of chocolate fix that leaves you feeling good long after you’ve finished.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 Tbsp melted ghee (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or your favorite natural sweetener)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 6 scoops Nourished InnerBeauty Collagen powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4-6 squares dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything (except chocolate) until smooth.
  2. Pour into a greased square baking dish, then sprinkle with chocolate.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-18 minutes - just until the center is set
  4. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
