Salted Caramel Latte Freezer Fudge

This freezer fudge is rich, creamy, and surprisingly satisfying while still being supportive for blood sugar balance and cravings. With healthy fats, protein, and lower sugar ingredients, it is the perfect little sweet treat to keep in the freezer when you want something quick, nourishing and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter (or cashew butter)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 scoop FloFit Salted Caramel Latte protein **(I have also made this with our Vanilla and Double Choc flavors and it works great)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional (but highly recommended) - dark chocolate to drizzle on top

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour into a lined loaf pan or silicone mould and spread evenly.
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until firm. Slice into squares or remove from the silicone mould.
  4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the fudge and place back into the freezer until set.
  5. Store in the freezer and enjoy.
