CHOC PROTEIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana
⅓ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 scoops Double Choc FloFit Protein Powder

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Double Choc FloFit Protein Powder. Mix into a thick dough.
Scoop spoonfuls onto the tray, flatten gently with a fork.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until set but soft in the center.
Cool and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

* For an extra crunch, add a few dark chocolate chips or crushed walnuts before baking.
