Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Double Choc FloFit Protein Powder. Mix into a thick dough.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls onto the tray, flatten gently with a fork.
  5. Bake 10โ€“12 minutes, until set but soft in the center.
  6. Cool and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Extra Tips:ย 

* For an extra crunch, add a few dark chocolate chips or crushed walnuts before baking.

** These delicious cookies provide around 8โ€“10g of protein each, making them a perfect hormone-friendly snack to balance cravings, and keep you satisfied between meals.
