When I reported that the product didn’t work for me, they demanded extensive proof—including a detailed journal tracking my usage, photos of the remaining pills, and evidence of how many bottles were used and when. They even expected me to pay to return the remaining product. This is far from a straightforward money-back guarantee.
While I understand a company wants to prevent abuse of their policy, the process felt harassing and unnecessary. After pushing back, they reluctantly allowed me to keep the remaining pills and instructed me to cancel my subscription. However, when I checked, no subscription existed to cancel. A month later, they charged me again. When I reached out for a refund, they refused, claiming I hadn’t canceled—even though the product had not yet shipped and they could have canceled the order themselves. They offered only the option of returning the product at my expense and receiving store credit, or just keeping the product that they sent, not a refund.
Overall, their customer service was poor, and their policies feel like a money grab. I never received my money back with the second situation. I strongly caution anyone considering this company.

I loved the original capsules because of how small they were, as I’m someone who has a hard time swallowing pills. So when I placed an order recently and discovered once they arrived that the capsules were changed to a larger size, I was really disappointed. I truly thought this product would improve my PMS symptoms along with the ocasional chin hair which were honestly minute problems compared to the aftermath i am now dealing with from taking this supplement. I have not had any hormonal acne for years and for some reason ever since i started taking this supplement i developed the most painful cystic acne under my jawline. Nothing in my diet or routine changed, the only thing i started including was this androgen blocker. Therefore, i know this is what is contributing to my acne flare up. I have been taking Androgen Blocker Plus for almost one year. I'm 41 and I've been suffering from pcos since I was 18. A whole life of self-embarrassment. I have been taking Androgen Blocker Plus since September 2024. Seeing no change, I stopped in April. And I was terribly punished: my hirsutism and acne have increased a lot. I am a monster. I started this supplement when it had been over 3 months since I had my last cycle. After several weeks of taking it, my cycle returned and since then has been much more regular. It’s definitely not a cure all for PCOS as I’ve still had some cycles on the long side and several periods where it’s mainly just brown spotting, but nothing like before taking the supplement. I’ve not seen a large difference in facial hair, but I’ve also been able to drop a couple pounds as well. So far so good! I’ve dealt with unwanted PCOS hair and other symptoms for months now and one day I got fed up enough to try something new.
