Why We Made Each Change

One line per ingredient that actually changed. Reishi is not listed because it did not change.

Zinc, 7mg to 15mg

Increased to align with the dose ranges used in androgen-related research. Copper was raised to 2mg alongside it to keep the zinc-to-copper ratio intact at the higher zinc dose.

Saw Palmetto, 450mg (unstandardized) to 604mg (standardized to 45% fatty acids)

Most saw palmetto extracts on the market — including our original formula — use unstandardized extract, so the fatty acid content isn't disclosed. That's been standard practice across the category.

We've moved past that. The new formula is standardized to deliver 320mg of verified fatty acids per serving, right at the top of the 250–320mg range used in published research. That means every batch delivers the same active dose, confirmed by third-party testing — not just a total extract weight on the label.

Green tea extract can vary a lot depending on the leaf, harvest, and how it's processed. Without a stated standardization, a label can say "200mg of extract" and you'd have no way to know how much of the active compound, EGCG, is actually in it.

We standardize to 50% EGCG, so 200mg delivers a verified 100mg of EGCG in every capsule — confirmed in third-party testing. That's what you're actually taking, not just a number on a label.

I have completed my first bottle and... WOW!! I have noticed many changes. First, it is slowing the regrowth rate of my facial hair. I have been doing laser hair removal treatments over the last year. This is the first treatment that the hair hasn't grown right back, I even had to bump out my next appointment because not enough has grown back to laser! I have been using this product for about four months or so now. It’s really helped my oily skin, especially. Are used to have such oily skin on my face that I would have to wipe it off with some kind of cloth every couple of hours. Now, I have a lot more days where I have no oil at all or at least a very little. Also, I track my menstrual cycle on an app (Flo) and it has told me that since taking the PCOS androgen blocker, my menstrual cycle has become more regular. I can’t think this company enough for everything that they’ve done for me.

I got off the pill and got an IUD and when I did I started getting horrible cystic acne on my jawline. Turns out I might have PCOS (one of my ovaries has cysts consistent with it) but im waiting to get a blood test to confirm. I’ve been struggling with acne for around 8 years. Some weeks are better than others! Just over 3 months ago I had half my face breakout with painful acne.
