I found nourished natural health online and I saw that it had really great reviews. I ended up buying period and pms repair. I bought this because I havent gotten my menstrual cycle in about 9 months. So I began taking the supplements as soon as I got them. Twice a day (morning and evening). After about 4 weeks of taking them everday, my period came. I felt happy because I want my body to function normally ( getting menstrual cycles every month) . Also I will honestly say that this product did elevate my mood ( in a positive way) and Iv noticed iv been happier since iv been taking it :) I recommend this product. :)

I started taking Period + PMS Repair because I am 44 yrs old and am in perimenopaise. My periods went from lasting 5 days to 15 days. I have been utilizing these for about three months. I can say my body has adjusted more and I am starting to benefit from taking these daily. Prior to this I was on birth control, was still experiencing the symptoms and overall hated it. I feel like I am not causing as much harm to my body anymore. They are also not super expensive. If you get the subscription the bottles will come pretty fast but you can always adjust the dates so it is not too much.

I quit taking birth control at the end of May 2023, I hadn’t had a period since February 2023. Now as of August 2023, I’ve had my period 3 months in a row and they are consistent! So I wasn't really diagnosed with PCOS until recently, but my older sister has it and I have all the same symptoms, so I've always known. Anyways, my cycle has always been kinda irregular but the last 2 years it was EXTRA irregular. I was looking for a more natural solution instead of taking birth control. I started taking as directed directly after my period. It may be too early to tell however, I do believe it has been combating hormonal imbalances from the change of birth control. I have not gotten my period yet so I cannot comment on that aspect. I was a bit skeptical about these, but I am actually quite impressed. I just got a period (albeit very light) after taking the Period Repair + Regulate for about 5 weeks. That was my first period in 3 months, so it definitely did something. I’ll continue taking them, and hopefully my periods get more normal. (I’ll update this review in a few months). The blood sugar balance I am very happy with! It could be the placebo effect, but I feel like I’ve been less hungry and craving less sugar. Will be ordering both again.

I started period repair and regulate after being diagnosed with PCOS. After coming off of birth control I would get my period every 90 days or longer.
