Customer Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by Nourished Natural Health ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. To participate, you must submit a complete and accurate application. Acceptance into the Program is at our sole discretion.

1.2. By participating, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. You will promote our products or services in a lawful and ethical manner, using provided marketing materials or approved methods.

2.2. You must not:

Misrepresent our products, services, or brand.

Use fraudulent methods to generate referrals or sales.

Engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or other prohibited promotional tactics.

2.3. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines is mandatory.

3. Affiliate Links and Cookies

3.1. We will provide you with a unique affiliate link to track referrals and sales.

3.2. The Program uses cookies to track referrals. Cookies last for 30 days from the initial click unless the customer clears their cookies or clicks another affiliate’s link.

3.3. Only purchases made through your unique affiliate link within the 30-day cookie window will qualify for commission.

4. Commissions and Payments

4.1. You will earn a commission on eligible sales made through your affiliate link.

4.2. The commission structure, rates, and eligible products will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

4.3. Payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met. Payments are processed via [Payment Method, e.g., PayPal, direct deposit].

4.4. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect information.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

5.2. Upon termination, you must cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials. Any pending commissions will be paid per the regular payment schedule, provided they meet the Program’s terms.

5.3. We reserve the right to withhold final payment if we detect fraud, violations of this Agreement, or other unethical behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided remain the property of the Company.

6.2. You may use provided materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Program. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Program.

7.2. We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in the Program.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information provided in connection with the Program.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia

10. Amendments

10.1. We may update this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements.

11.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
