Grab & Go Chocolate Chia Pudding

This grab-and-go chocolate chia pudding is a simple, balanced PCOS-friendly breakfast with protein, fibre, and healthy fats to keep you full and energised all morning.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 4 scoops of Double Choc FloFit Protein
  • Topping ideas: fresh or frozen berries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs or scoop of almond butter
    (Makes 4 servings)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk milk and FloFit Protein together until no lumps remain
  2. Add chia seeds and whisk to combine. If the mixture seems too thick, thin it out with a little more milk or water
  3. Pour into 4 jars or small containers, place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight
  4. Once set, grab a jar, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
