COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients:

Makes 6–8 bars

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop Vanilla FloFit Protein Powder
  • ½ cup almond butter (or cashew butter for extra creaminess)
  • 2–3 tbsp monk fruit syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free chocolate chips)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Melted dark chocolate (80% cocoa) to top

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and Vanilla FloFit Protein Powder.
  2. Add almond butter, monk fruit syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and sea salt.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined loaf pan or square dish and smooth the top.
  5. Drizzle or spread melted dark chocolate over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm, then slice into bars.
  7. Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer freshness.
